Appointment Information

If you would like to begin services, please call the clinic most conveniently located to you. We will discuss the unique features of our program and then schedule a time when our Intake Coordinator will gather your contact information, learn about the reasons that you are seeking treatment, and then ask a series of standard questions that will help us understand if we will be able to meet your needs.

The phone intake usually lasts 20 to 30 minutes. Parents who are seeking therapy services for their minor child/children, who are under the age of 18, will complete a phone intake on behalf of their child/children.

Prior to an intial session with a child or adolescent, the clinic will require that consent for treatment is provided by the appropriate parents or guardians. Individuals age 18 and over will need to call the clinic and speak with our Intake Coordinator themselves.

Once this process is complete we will review the phone intake and determine if we can provide you with the services best suited for your needs. If we are able to take your case, you will be contacted with an appointment time for your first initial session.

You have the option to print and fill out new Client Paperwork from our website prior to your first appointment or you can arrive early before you meet with your therapist.

You may be asked to attend the first session with your partner, other family members, or by yourself depending on the nature of what you are seeking treatment for. However, if we are unable to offer the appropriate services, we will provide you with alternative referrals that may be better able to address your needs.
